Who is this for?

This retreat is for women who feel stuck in cycles of starting over and are ready for real, lasting change, not another plan to follow.

Do I need prior experience with this work?

No. Everything is guided and accessible whether you’re new or have been doing personal growth work for years.

Where is the retreat located?

The retreat will take place October 16–17, 2026 at Social Hall in Phoenix, Arizona.

Additional details and logistics will be sent after registration.

Are accommodations included?

Accommodations are not included.

We will be offering hotel room blocks at a nearby location (details coming soon), so you’ll have a convenient option to book what works best for you.

What about dinner on Saturday?

Dinner on Saturday is on your own for Retreat Experience attendees. We’ll share local recommendations and help facilitate optional group dinners so you can still connect with others if you’d like.

Will there be merch available?

Yes! Merch will be available for all attendees to order before the retreat and waiting for you at the Welcome Event on Friday! Find the shop by clicking MERCH in the navigation bar.

Can I come alone?

Yes, and many people do.

We’ll have opportunities to connect ahead of time through the online community, and we’ll help facilitate roommate connections if you’re looking to share accommodations.

You’re also welcome to come with a friend if that feels more comfortable. Both are great options!

How can I connect with other attendees before the event?

You’ll be invited into an online community before the retreat so you can start connecting ahead of time.

We’ll also create opportunities to get to know one another and help facilitate things like roommate connections if you’re interested.

The goal is for you to arrive already feeling familiar, not like you’re walking into a room of strangers.

What should I bring?

We’ll provide most of what you need, including a notebook, pen, and a curated swag bag with a few surprises.

You may want to bring:

-Comfortable clothing

-Layers (for indoor/outdoor temperature changes)

-Your favorite pen (if you have one)

-Anything that helps you feel grounded

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We’ll gather information about food allergies and dietary restrictions after registration and do our best to accommodate where possible.

How does payment work?

You can pay in full or choose Affirm at checkout. 6 month 0% interest payment plans as low as $124.50 a month

What is your refund policy?

Before June 1:
Attendees may cancel their ticket for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee.

After June 1:
Tickets are non-refundable. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in either a partial refund or credit.

Tickets are non-transferable.

If the attendee cannot attend: Before June 1: eligible for partial refund minus cancellation fee. After June 1: handled case-by-case (partial refund or credit)

If the event is canceled by the organizer:
Attendees will receive a credit toward a future event.
